How CliqBook processes, on shops' behalf, the personal information of their clients and team.

1. Scope

These terms form part of the Terms of Service. They apply to personal information the shop entrusts to CliqBook about its clients and, where the shop is responsible for it, its team (the "shop data"). The shop is responsible for this information; CliqBook acts as a service provider on its behalf.

2. Limited use

CliqBook uses shop data only to provide, secure, support and improve the service, following the shop's instructions given through the service settings.
CliqBook does not sell shop data, use it for its own advertising or share it with other shops.
People at CliqBook with access are bound by confidentiality and access it only when needed, for example for a support request.

3. Security measures

CliqBook maintains reasonable security measures, including: separation of each shop's data verified by automated tests, encrypted connections, irreversibly hashed passwords, role-based access control, daily backups and error monitoring.

4. Subprocessors

The shop authorizes CliqBook to use the providers named in the Privacy Policy (hosting, network and storage, payments, email, error detection, maps). CliqBook requires protections from them that are at least equivalent and will notify shops before adding a significant new provider.

5. Confidentiality incidents

CliqBook will notify the shop without undue delay of any confidentiality incident affecting its data, provide useful details and help it assess the risk and notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people affected when needed.

6. Requests from individuals

If CliqBook receives an access, correction or withdrawal request about a shop's data, it will forward it to the shop and reasonably help it respond, including by providing a copy of the data in a structured technological format.

7. End of service

When the subscription ends, the shop can request a copy of its data. CliqBook deletes it from its live database no later than 90 days after the account closes; backups are overwritten automatically within the following seven days, unless the law requires keeping it.
